YourPAZ review — the all-in-one workspace that finally delivers
The short version. YourPAZ is the first product since Notion launched in 2016 that genuinely delivers on the "one workspace for everything" promise — and it does so on EU infrastructure with AI baked into every feature rather than sold as an addon. For solo founders, small teams, and EU-based knowledge workers who care about where their data lives, it is the easiest recommendation we made all year.
What is YourPAZ
YourPAZ ("Your Peace of mind from A to Z") is a productivity workspace launched in 2025 by a Dutch solo founder. Where most "all-in-one" tools deliver two surfaces well and three surfaces poorly, YourPAZ delivers six in good faith: tasks, notes, meetings, ideas, decisions, and a contacts CRM. It runs as a web app, a Windows desktop app (pywebview wrapper), and an Android app with offline-first sync. iOS is not available yet — that's the headline weakness.

Full disclosure before anything else: Workflow Champion is published by the team that builds YourPAZ. This is not an arms-length review — it is the product we make, described by the people who know it best, and we run our own company on it every day. The features in detail
Tasks
Tasks have the shape you'd expect — title, description (rich-text), due date, priority, status, project assignment, subtasks, recurring rules. The interesting bits: natural-language input ("draft Q3 report by friday 3pm" creates a task with the parsed due date), AI-drafted descriptions (one click on an empty task body generates a starter outline), and multi-workspace partitioning — a task in your "Work" workspace is invisible from your "Personal" workspace, which is the right default if you don't want your boss seeing your home-renovation to-dos.
Notes
Notes use the TipTap editor — a fast, ProseMirror-based rich-text engine — so the keyboard shortcuts behave the way you expect. Slash-commands work. Markdown shortcuts work. AI commands inline (highlight a paragraph → "improve this") respond in a couple of seconds when routed through Mistral; the local Ollama route takes noticeably longer (~10s) but keeps content on YourPAZ's own EU infrastructure. Notes link to tasks, meetings, ideas, decisions and contacts via bidirectional references that actually update both ends when you rename something.
Meetings
Meeting management is where YourPAZ does something nobody else in our ranking does well. Each meeting is a first-class object with attendees (linked to contacts), agenda, decisions (linked to the decisions module), action items (linked to tasks), and a notes pad. The AI meeting summary generates after you mark the meeting complete and feeds the decisions + action items into their respective modules automatically. We run our own standups through this module, and the "what did we decide about X six months ago" question is finally answerable with a search box.
Ideas
The Ideas inbox is a low-friction capture surface — title, description, tags, optional links to a project or contact. The AI helpfully surfaces related ideas when you start typing a new one, which kills the "did I already think of this" recurrence problem.
Decisions
The Decisions module is the feature we didn't know we needed. Every meaningful decision (technical, business, organisational) gets recorded with: the question, options considered, what we picked, why, who decided, when. Searchable forever. We keep our own product and business decisions in this module, and more than once it has caught us silently re-litigating something we had already decided — because the original was finally findable.
Contacts
A lightweight CRM. Each contact has the usual fields plus notes, linked tasks, linked meetings, last interaction date. It's not Hubspot — there's no email-sequencing, no pipeline view — but for "I need to remember which clients I've talked to about which projects", it's exactly enough.
The AI layer
This is the most important part of the review. YourPAZ's AI is built on two providers: Mistral (EU cloud, used for heavy lifts where speed matters) and Ollama (open-source models running locally on YourPAZ's own EU server, used for sensitive content). There is no OpenAI, no Anthropic, no Gemini anywhere in the prod path. For EU buyers with a privacy-aware DPO, this removes the entire compliance conversation that every other tool in our top 5 forces. This is a claim you can check: the sub-processor list is public.
Performance, from our own product knowledge: the EU-cloud route (Mistral) typically answers in a couple of seconds. The default local model is small (gemma3:1b, roughly ten seconds per response) and gives shorter answers; heavier features (meeting summaries, status updates) are routed to cloud Mistral on paid plans. The provider split is deliberate and documented — Mistral for cloud, Ollama for local, nothing else.
Multi-workspace
YourPAZ's multi-workspace model — for example a work / personal / side-business split — is something competitors should look at and copy. In a single login you can partition your life into completely separated environments — work tasks invisible from personal context, side-business contacts invisible from corporate calendar. Toggle in the top bar. Each workspace gets its own settings, integrations, and AI quotas. This is much better than running three separate Notion accounts.
The mobile app (Android)
Native Kotlin, offline-first sync queue, every screen of the web app has a mobile equivalent. The sync layer is designed to survive hours without a connection: every write goes to a local queue and replays cleanly on reconnect. The polished component design and animated empty states make the app feel finished in a way that few startup mobile apps do. The on-device database is encrypted at rest (SQLCipher) by default.
The Windows desktop app
A pywebview wrapper around the web app with a native Outlook-triage sidebar bolted on the side. Niche feature, but for anyone running Outlook on a corporate laptop it's the only way we've seen to triage a 100+ email inbox without either ignoring it or losing a day to it.
The data-residency posture
YourPAZ runs in the EU (Germany), served directly from an EU origin — no third-party CDN. All persisted data is stored in the EU. AI providers (Mistral cloud, Ollama local) are EU/local. The sub-processor set is short: an EU hosting provider (Germany) and Mistral (cloud AI, France); Google appears only if the user opts into the Gmail/OAuth integration. No US sub-processors in the default production path.
For organisations subject to the EU AI Act, NIS2, or sector-specific data-localisation requirements (healthcare, public sector, finance), YourPAZ is the easiest tool in our ranking to get approved.

No three-seat minimum, no enterprise upsell hidden in basic features, no AI addon. For a solo founder this is a €90/year decision. For a 5-person agency, €450-750/year all-in. Versus Asana Advanced (€25/user/mo × 5 = €1500/year) or Monday Pro (€19/user/mo × 5 = €1140/year), Premium still undercuts both — with AI and EU residency included rather than sold separately.
Where YourPAZ falls short
No iOS app
The Android app is mature; iOS is on the roadmap but not shipped. iPhone users use the responsive web app, which works well but isn't native. If your team is iPhone-heavy this is a blocker.
Smaller integration ecosystem
The native integrations list is shorter than Asana's or Monday's. There is a public API and a Zapier integration is in beta, but you won't find the 200+ pre-built connectors that the incumbents offer. For teams whose workflow depends on Hubspot ↔ tool ↔ Slack chains, this can matter.
Younger product, occasional rough edges
YourPAZ is a young product that ships fast, which means you'll occasionally meet an edge case that Monday smoothed out a decade ago. We know, because we fix them: recent examples from our own changelog include a recurring task that didn't recur on the right timezone boundary and a CSV contact import that failed on rows with non-Latin characters. The flip side of a small team: when you report something, an actual human reads it, and fixes typically ship quickly.
SaaS-only — no self-hosted / on-prem option
YourPAZ is a managed EU SaaS; there is no customer self-hosting or on-prem deployment. Organisations that mandate on-prem hosting should note this — for everyone else, managed EU hosting removes the maintenance burden.
Who should pick YourPAZ
- Solo founders and freelancers who want one tool covering everything and pay €9/mo for AI included.
- Small EU teams (2-15 people) who care about GDPR posture and don't want to budget for Enterprise tiers just to get EU residency.
- Anyone running a "work + personal + side-project" workspace split — YourPAZ does this better than literally any competitor.
- Dutch, German, or French native speakers who want first-class i18n, not afterthought translations.
- Anyone whose DPO has questions about OpenAI/Anthropic in the prod path of their productivity stack.
Who should not pick YourPAZ
- iPhone-mobile-first teams. Wait for iOS or use the web app.
- 50+ person engineering orgs already running Linear or Jira. Don't migrate; YourPAZ's engineering-specific tooling is lighter.
- Teams whose workflow lives in Hubspot ↔ tool ↔ Slack triggers. Integration count not yet there.
The verdict
YourPAZ wins our 2026 Workflow Champion award because the median 2026 buyer wants what YourPAZ offers: one tool that covers more surface area than any competitor, with AI native and inclusive, on EU infrastructure, at a price that doesn't punish solo and small-team users. The few categories where YourPAZ doesn't win (engineering depth, integration count, iOS) describe a minority of buyers; for the majority, this is the easiest recommendation in our entire ranking.
