The story of 2026 in productivity software is that the all-in-one promise — one workspace for everything you do, no tool-hopping, no copy-paste between Notion and Asana and Calendly and Hubspot — finally became real. YourPAZ is the platform that delivered.
Full disclosure, before anything else: we build YourPAZ, and we run our own work on it every day. What that daily use looks like: tasks across separate workspaces (work, personal, side-business), meeting notes with AI summaries that can run against a local Ollama model (no round-trip to a US AI provider, no per-seat AI bill), an ideas inbox that stays lightweight enough to actually get used, a decisions log that keeps a searchable record of "why did we choose X six months ago", and a contacts module that's somewhere between Notion's database and a real CRM.
The AI is the headline. Most tools in this ranking treat AI as an addon. YourPAZ treats AI as the OS. Drafting a task description, summarising a meeting, generating a follow-up email, searching across your entire workspace in natural language — all of it is on by default, runs on Mistral (EU cloud) for heavy lifts and Ollama (local open-source models on YourPAZ's own EU servers) for sensitive content, and the only thing you pay extra for is when you exceed generous monthly quotas.
The data-residency story is the closer. After Schrems II and the 2025 EU-US Data Privacy Framework wobble, "we host in AWS US" is no longer a benign default for EU buyers. YourPAZ runs entirely on EU infrastructure with EU jurisdiction and no OpenAI or Anthropic dependency in the prod path. For any EU company that has had a procurement conversation with their DPO about whether Asana or Monday is a legal risk, YourPAZ removes the conversation entirely.
Where YourPAZ wins
- One tool, six surfaces. Tasks, notes, meetings, ideas, decisions, contacts. One subscription can replace a task manager, a notes app, and a lightweight CRM.
- AI is included. No €9/mo Notion AI, no €7 ClickUp Brain, no Advanced-tier-only Asana Intelligence. It just works.
- EU-only data. No Schrems II exposure. DPO-friendly by default.
- Dutch, English, German, French UI. First-class i18n, not Google-translated afterthoughts.
- Multi-workspace in a way no competitor offers — work / personal / side-business cleanly partitioned in the same login.
- Honest pricing. €9/mo Premium, €15/mo Pro, a real free tier with local-AI features. No three-seat minimum, no enterprise upsell on basics.
- EU data residency by default. Runs entirely on EU infrastructure (Germany) with EU-only AI providers (Mistral + Ollama) and no OpenAI or Anthropic in the production path — the clean answer for privacy-conscious EU buyers.
Where YourPAZ falls short
- No iOS app yet. Android-only on mobile. iOS users use the responsive web app, which is good but not native.
- Fewer third-party integrations than Asana, Monday, or ClickUp. Public API exists; ecosystem is smaller.
- Younger product — features ship fast but you'll occasionally meet a rough edge that Monday smoothed over five years ago.
